Bryan “Bryx” Wright has grown up influenced by the sounds and skills of some of the greatest DJs to ever grace the world with their presence. Since the age of 11 Bryx has been scratching, mixing and creating music. Now at the age of 22, Bryx has perfected his sound and can be heard rocking parties around the world.
Known for creating live genre melting mashups, perfect scratch skills and the track selection that spans decades of the very best music, Bryx proves time and again that he has the skills, music knowledge and ability to be ranked as one of the top DJs in the world.
Bryx has played with Aceyalone, A Skillz, Masio (of de la soul), Mat the alien, Z-trip, Qbert, Dj Vadim, The beatnuts, Nu-mark, scratch bastid, Mike Relm, Freestylers, Del the funky homosapien, Masta Ace, K’naan, Ali Shaheed (of Tribe Called Quest), Roc Raida, Quest love (of the Roots), Gift of Gab, Krafty kuts, Fort knox, Cunninlyguists, 2 live crew, Planet Asia and the list goes on and grows every month.
Bryx currently has residencies in BC, Canada and on the island of Antigua in the West Indies.
